When: a booking deposit (acompte) is paid on a draft order. Sent once: skipped when the order already has an externalOrderId. Emitted next to the order_confirmed with isBooking: true.

Order (full) with isBooking: true, finalizeUrl set, externalOrderId: null, services[].tags present, plus:
